Must be OK with two Siberian Huskies in the house. Please be sure you are financially sound and responsible. You like to live in a clean, sober, and respectful home. We respect each other's space. Positive outlook. Tending towards quieter lifestyle. Able to pass a background, credit, and eviction check. Cigarettes and drug use of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Available on a Month-to-Month Rental Agreement. Private Bedroom (14’x10’). Large closet w shelving. French glass doors access to back yard. The room is attached to the rest of the house. The bedroom door has a lock for privacy. The room is fully furnished with a Full-Size bed, dresser, desk / computer, and TV / stand (TV service not provided).
